DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

  • If you receive items that are damaged, faulty or are incorrect please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for correct items to be despatched straight away or alternatively a refund can be issued if preferable.
  • All returned items must include the original labels and packaging.

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

  • We are unable to accept returns on Compression Stockings and Compression Garments that have been used or tried on against the skin due to HEALTH & HYGENE reasons. Please make your choice of styles, colours, and sizes carefully or call our friendly Customer Service team for further ordering information.
  • You may return or exchange undamaged or unused items purchased within 5 business days of original receipt of goods delivered.
  • Please contact our Customer Service team for a Return Authorisation (RA) via email at sales@medicalaccessories.com.au or phone us on 1300 527 127.
  • All returned items must include the original labels, packaging and must be in a resaleable condition.
  • If the items are damaged, used or without labels we will be unable to give a refund or exchange for other goods.
  • The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Please be sure to save all tracking information until we have confirmed receipt of goods.
  • There are no returns on special orders, non-stock items or customised orders, unless faulty or damaged.         
  • All returns for refunds will be subject to 10% restocking fee unless the return is faulty or due to an error by us.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • To cancel an order for any reason please contact us ASAP. Most orders are despatched on the same day that they are ordered. If the goods have already left us, you will be liable to cover the freight charges for both the delivery and the return of the items.
  • If the goods have not yet been despatched, then no charges will be incurred & a refund processed.
